TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

   By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, then please do not access or use our service.

2. DEFINITIONS

   For purposes of this Agreement, "we," "us," "our" refers to Casino Nova Scotia Sydney, and "you," "your" refers to the client.

3. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time and become aware of any changes made by us.

4. USE OF SERVICE

   You must be 18 years or older to access our service. By using our service, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and agree to provide accurate information about yourself as requested by us.

5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

   Our service is protected by intellectual property laws and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that we own all right, title and interest in and to our service, including but not limited to all patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, proprietary rights, goodwill associated therewith and any other intellectual property or proprietary rights related thereto.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

   In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits and business opportunities arising from or related to the provision of our services hereunder or otherwise associated with your use of our service, even if advised of their possibility.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

   These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our service.

10. AMENDMENTS AND WAIVERS

    No amendment or waiver of any provision hereof shall be effective unless made in writing signed by both parties, provided that such amendments or waivers do not violate applicable law.

11. INVALIDITY OF PROVISIONS

    If at any time any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable statute or rule of law, then it shall be deemed omitted but the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected.

12. BINDING EFFECT

    These Terms and Conditions bind and benefit only you and us. Any rights granted to third parties are personal to them and may not be assigned or delegated without our prior written consent.

13. CHOICE OF LAWThese Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND FINAL PROVISIONS

By using our service, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are final and binding on both parties hereto and that there have been no prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings between the parties concerning your use of our service.
